Privacy Policy — POD Sync for Etsy
POD Sync is a browser extension that sends orders from your Etsy Shop Manager to the print-on-demand (POD) provider you choose. This policy explains what data the extension handles, where it goes, and what it never does.
Summary
- The extension reads order data from the Etsy Orders page only when you click "Send" (or "Test connection").
- That data is sent only to the provider endpoint you configured in the extension's settings. For example, if you configured Printify, the data goes to Printify's API and nowhere else.
- Your settings (provider URLs, API keys) are stored in your browser. We do not have access to them.
- There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no background network activity.

2. Where the data goes
Order and address data is transmitted directly from your browser to the endpoint URL you entered for the selected provider, using HTTPS (or HTTP if you entered an HTTP address) and the authentication method you chose. The extension makes a request only when you click "Send" or "Test connection". It never contacts any other server.
Once data reaches your provider, it is governed by that provider's own privacy policy. For example, orders sent to Printify are handled under Printify's terms and privacy policy, orders sent to Printful under Printful's, and so on. The publisher of this extension does not receive a copy.
3. Storage and retention
- Provider settings, including API keys, are stored in your browser's extension storage (
chrome.storage.sync). If you are signed in to your browser, the browser may sync them between your own devices. The publisher has no access to this storage. - Order and address data is not stored by the extension. It is held in memory only for the duration of a send and discarded afterwards.
- Uninstalling the extension removes its stored settings.
4. What the extension does not do
- It does not collect analytics, usage statistics or crash reports.
- It does not use cookies, fingerprinting or any tracking technology.
- It does not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, other than the provider you configured.
- It does not read Etsy pages other than the Shop Manager Orders page, and does not read your Etsy password or payment details.
- It does not run in the background. Its code executes only while the popup or settings page is open or during a send you started.
- It does not load or execute remote code.

6. Your choices and rights
- You control every send: nothing is transmitted until you click "Send".
- You can edit or delete provider settings at any time in the extension's settings page, revoke host permissions in your browser, or uninstall the extension.
- Requests about data already sent to a provider should be directed to that provider.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection law (such as the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK) to access, correct or delete personal data. Because the extension does not store order or personal data on any server we control, such requests can usually be fulfilled by you directly, as described above. Contact us if you need help.
7. Children
The extension is intended for Etsy sellers and is not directed at children under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the extension's store listing.

2. Veriler nereye gider
Sipariş ve adres verileri, seçili firma için girdiğiniz endpoint adresine, doğrudan tarayıcınızdan, HTTPS (HTTP adres girdiyseniz HTTP) ve seçtiğiniz kimlik doğrulama yöntemiyle iletilir. Eklenti yalnızca "Send" veya "Test connection" düğmesine bastığınızda istek yapar. Başka hiçbir sunucuyla iletişim kurmaz.
Veriler firmanıza ulaştıktan sonra o firmanın kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Örneğin Printify'a gönderilen siparişler Printify'ın, Printful'a gönderilenler Printful'un kullanım şartları ve gizlilik politikası kapsamında işlenir. Bu eklentinin yayıncısına bir kopya gitmez.
3. Saklama
- API anahtarları dahil firma ayarları tarayıcınızın eklenti depolamasında (
chrome.storage.sync) saklanır. Tarayıcınızda oturum açtıysanız tarayıcı bunları yalnızca sizin cihazlarınız arasında eşitleyebilir. Yayıncının bu depolamaya erişimi yoktur. - Sipariş ve adres verileri eklenti tarafından saklanmaz. Yalnızca gönderim süresince bellekte tutulur, sonra silinir.
- Eklentiyi kaldırmak saklanan ayarları da siler.
4. Eklentinin yapmadıkları
- Analitik, kullanım istatistiği veya hata raporu toplamaz.
- Çerez, parmak izi veya başka bir izleme teknolojisi kullanmaz.
- Verilerinizi, tanımladığınız firma dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşmaz, satmaz veya kiralamaz.
- Shop Manager Orders sayfası dışındaki Etsy sayfalarını okumaz; Etsy şifrenizi veya ödeme bilgilerinizi okumaz.
- Arka planda çalışmaz. Kodu yalnızca popup veya ayarlar sayfası açıkken ya da sizin başlattığınız bir gönderim sırasında çalışır.
- Uzak kod yüklemez veya çalıştırmaz.

6. Seçimleriniz ve haklarınız
- Her gönderim sizin kontrolünüzdedir: "Send" düğmesine basmadan hiçbir şey iletilmez.
- Firma ayarlarını istediğiniz zaman ayarlar sayfasından düzenleyebilir veya silebilir, tarayıcıdan ana makine izinlerini geri alabilir ya da eklentiyi kaldırabilirsiniz.
- Bir firmaya gönderilmiş verilerle ilgili talepler o firmaya iletilmelidir.
- Bulunduğunuz ülkeye göre veri koruma mevzuatı (KVKK, GDPR gibi) kapsamında kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme veya silme haklarınız olabilir. Eklenti, kontrolümüzdeki hiçbir sunucuda sipariş veya kişisel veri saklamadığından bu talepleri genellikle yukarıda anlatıldığı gibi doğrudan siz yerine getirebilirsiniz. 7. Çocuklar
Eklenti Etsy satıcılarına yöneliktir; 16 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse sayfanın üstündeki yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikler eklentinin mağaza sayfasında da belirtilir.
